A well-established Real Estate Agency is seeking an Office Manager to run the office based in the Fourways/Randburg Area in Gauteng.

Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria and duties would include:

  • Qualified Real Estate Agent
  • Run the office daily with a focus on building brand and supporting the Real Estate Agents in the office
  • Support and train Candidate Property Practitioners through a well-established training programme
  • Recruit seasoned and new to industry Real Estate Agents
  • Mentor and coach agents to improve performance and productivity
  • Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Support agents in achieving sales targets and professional goals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market
  • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Promote continuous professional development within the team
  • Assist the Real Estate Agents with clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Support the Real Estate Agents in producing accurate property valuations
  • Assist the Real Estate Agents in negotiating property deals

Salary: R23000 - R25000 per month + commission on property sales.
