Job Description

We are seeking an Office & Accounts Receivable Manager for a permanent role based in Alberton, Gauteng, for a candidate that is available for an immediate start.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
  • Grade 12 with 5+ years related experience in finance & administration
  • Pastel and MS Office experience essential
  • Strong working knowledge of accounts, debtors & creditors
  • Insurance system experience (advantageous)
  • Candidate must be available immediately
  • General office admin experience
  • Proficient in age analysis and following up to get invoices paid
  • Proficient in crediting stock
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willing to work Saturdays if required
  • Fluency in both English and Afrikaans required
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Sending invoices and managing excess payments
  • Managing the debtors and creditors
  • Following up on outstanding payments
  • General office administration support
  • General HR duties / assistance
