Office & Accounts Manager, Alberton
Job Description
We are seeking an Office & Accounts Receivable Manager for a permanent role based in Alberton, Gauteng, for a candidate that is available for an immediate start.
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:- Grade 12 with 5+ years related experience in finance & administration
- Pastel and MS Office experience essential
- Strong working knowledge of accounts, debtors & creditors
- Insurance system experience (advantageous)
- Candidate must be available immediately
- General office admin experience
- Proficient in age analysis and following up to get invoices paid
- Proficient in crediting stock
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Willing to work Saturdays if required
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans required
- Sending invoices and managing excess payments
- Managing the debtors and creditors
- Following up on outstanding payments
- General office administration support
- General HR duties / assistance
