ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a driven and analytical NSO IT Business Analyst to lead NSO/SSA business and Dealer IT projects, delivering innovation, process improvements, and system optimization through data, SAP, and digital solutions that drive measurable value across the NSO and Dealer Network. This position is based in NSO (Sandton).
KEY REQUIREMENTS- Lead and deliver medium to large NSO/SSA Business and Dealer IT projects.
- Drive business innovation and process optimisation, aligned to VWGA and NSO strategic objectives.
- Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis across OEMs, Volkswagen Group, and global markets.
- Provide consultative support to NSO and Dealer Network to enhance system integrity and simplify processes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and implement standardised solutions.
- Develop and manage business cases, including feasibility, costing, and project approvals.
- Manage project budgets end to end, including planning, tracking, forecasting, and corrective actions.
- Manage suppliers and cross functional teams, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Lead the implementation and rollout of new business initiatives, systems, and digital solutions.
- Drive change management, training, and communication, and leverage data and analytics to enable insights and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree or National Diploma in Business Management, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or Marketing
- Formal Project Management certification
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in:
- Project Management delivery
- Business Management
- Sound knowledge of VWSA and VW Group Sales & After Sales systems
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in a dealer and business process consulting environment will be advantageous
- Strong customer and process orientation
- Business Process Analysis capability
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Visionary and creative thinking
- Proven project management, delivery, and execution skills
- Strong planning and organisational ability
- Effective communication skills, including reporting, escalation, and resolution
