WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will assess non-motor claims with a focus on merit and quantum, delivering fair, client centric outcomes. The role requires handling high pressure situations with professionalism, applying solution driven thinking, and working independently while managing time effectively.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE?
  • Field assessing experience
  • Client centric mindset with strong customer service focus
  • Experience in client facing roles, including handling high pressure situations
  • Knowledge of Symbility (property estimation tools) is preferred
  • BTech in Building Science or similar qualification is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in assessments and reporting
  • Strong problem solving skills with a solution driven approach
  • Innovative thinking and adaptability
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Field assessing experience
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and Guidewire (advantageous)
  • Practical and industry oriented qualification with specialization in the construction and property industries (advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a claims environment
