All while developing the skills and experience needed to grow into more advanced network and platform operations roles.

    • AWS (awareness level)
    • Bash scripting, SQL, and automation fundamentals
    • ITIL 4 principles
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (ITIL Foundation is advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team player mindset
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 24/7 global operations environment
What You'll Gain
  • Hands on experience in a global, enterprise scale NOC
  • Exposure to structured incident management, monitoring, and escalation frameworks
  • Mentorship and continuous learning to support your career progression
  • A collaborative, modern, and technology driven workplace
  • The opportunity to directly contribute to platform availability and business continuity

If you're excited by technology, enjoy working in dynamic environments, and want to grow into a skilled operations engineer, we'd love to hear from you.
