MVNO Product Manager

In this role, you'll work across KYC, MVNO operations, rewards, and referrals-driving strategy, commercial outcomes, and seamless customer experiences. You'll be part of a dynamic product team that collaborates closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and leadership to deliver impactful features at speed.

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision
• Drive commercial performance, pricing strategy, and feature ROI
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and partner with engineering for delivery
• Lead product launches and go-to-market execution
• Use data, experimentation, and analytics to optimise performance
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and champion the customer at every step

• 5+ years in product management within fintech, telecoms, or regulated industries
• Strong KYC/AML and/or MVNO experience
• Technical proficiency with an API-first approach
• Data-driven mindset with A/B testing, funnel insights, and KPIs
• Strong stakeholder engagement across compliance, engineering, and leadership
• Ability to balance regulation with friction-reduced customer experiences
