Motor Bike delivery drivers to work in UAE/Dubai.

We need motor bike drivers to transport products safely to customers in UAE/Dubai. This role involves timely deliveries, careful handling of perishable and fragile items, and efficient route planning.

• Safely transport products to customer locations in a timely, safe and courteous manner.
• Be open to learning the various dispatch functions.
• Ensure the correct products are delivered to the correct customer within the specified time.
• Ensure that fridge line deliveries are prioritised and transported using cooler boxes and cold packs.
• Use the shortest and most efficient route to the customer, and back to the store.
• Return back to the store immediately after delivery, so the vehicle can be utilized for a second or third delivery.
• After completion of delivery, repack the vehicle to prevent boxes from falling and damaging the stock or vehicle.
• Be fully accountable for all damages and losses through the delivery process.
• Provide special care when delivering fragile and hazardous products.
• Comply with minimum standards of efficiency and accuracy, to meet company standards.
• Follow delivery/pick up instructions from the manager.

• Motor Bike licence not negotiable.
• High School leavers can apply, depending on grades, Grade 12/Matric.
• Willing to apply for a passport.
• Willing to work overseas in UAE/Dubai.
• Similar experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be given.
• Basic English command (oral & written).
• Good level of general health.
• Be confident & friendly.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Air ticket provided.
• Licence assisted by employer in UAE/Dubai, thereafter deducted.

Monthly salary: R12,000 - R20,000. Work schedule: various shifts available, 10 hours per shift, six days a week. Hostel like accommodation/rooms intended for 2-3 people, provided by the employer; utility fees are covered by the employee.
