Job Description

iLite is looking for a Support Agent to join our team in Table View, Cape Town. We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and experienced in handling client support through a structured helpdesk environment.

In this role, you will manage support tickets, assist clients with common issues, provide clear written updates, troubleshoot first-level queries, and elevate more complex matters with accurate supporting information. You will also be responsible for keeping ticket records up to date and following internal support processes.

Minimum Requirements
  • Proven helpdesk or ticket-based support experience
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent admin, organisation, and follow-up ability
  • Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous support experience is essential
  • Contactable references
  • Must live in the area or have own reliable transport
Advantageous
  • Experience with systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, or ServiceNow
  • Exposure to Moodle, LMS, or eLearning support
  • Basic browser, device, and web troubleshooting skills
Remuneration

Remuneration is based on experience.
