Moodle Support Agent
Job Description
iLite is looking for a Support Agent to join our team in Table View, Cape Town. We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and experienced in handling client support through a structured helpdesk environment.
In this role, you will manage support tickets, assist clients with common issues, provide clear written updates, troubleshoot first-level queries, and elevate more complex matters with accurate supporting information. You will also be responsible for keeping ticket records up to date and following internal support processes.
Minimum Requirements- Proven helpdesk or ticket-based support experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent admin, organisation, and follow-up ability
- Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- Previous support experience is essential
- Contactable references
- Must live in the area or have own reliable transport
- Experience with systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, or ServiceNow
- Exposure to Moodle, LMS, or eLearning support
- Basic browser, device, and web troubleshooting skills
Remuneration is based on experience.
