Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service within a medical support environment
- Assist customers via live chat and multiple communication channels
- Provide accurate, clear, and professional information at all times
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining empathy and care
- Escalate complex queries inline with internal procedures and compliance standards
- Consistently achieve quality assurance and service delivery targets
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Minimum 3 years' contact centre experience
- Proven live chat support experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused with a compassionate and professional approach
- Willingness to work rotational shifts between 09:00 and 24:00 (UK hours)
