Job Description
- Dubai Office Management
- Administrative Facilitation: Act as the link between France and the MEA region to manage the Dubai legal entity, oversee office budgets, personnel management.
- Executive Efficiency: Streamline the VP/MD professional life by managing agendas and anticipating administrative needs.
- Legal Interface: Liaise with local authorities and headquarters on all legal and structural matters.
- MEA Budget Follow Up: Monitor budgets.
- Teams Event Organization and Travel Support.
- Corporate Interface: Serve as link with headquarters on legal matters.
- Commercial Structuring: Structure and monitor the regional commercial plan.
- Dealer Financial Oversight: Monitor dealer credit lines, manage dealer bonuses, ensure compliance of applied rates.
- Operational Mediation: Provide feedback on market issues, ensure rigorous billing follow up, coordinate with central accounting.
- Product Support: Support the Aftersales manager for LAPAM region.
- Inventory & Supply Coordination: Maintain interaction with HQ Supply Chain to manage stock levels and machine allocations.
- Data Management: Interface with central data teams.
- Performance Steering & Digital Transformation
- Sales Admin Coordination: Lead reviews with Sales Administration teams to secure the purchase funnel.
- Digital Tool Deployment: Own sales steering tools (ASM, CDP ) for data accuracy and user adoption.
- Analytics & Dashboards: Create, analyze, and present high level dashboards for KPIs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Monitor purchase funnel and sales pipe to optimize conversion rates.
- Forecasting: Lead sales forecasts, align production at HQ with MEA demand.
- Monthly Reviews: Organize and lead monthly business reviews.
- "Easy to Deal With" attitude: Simplify complexity for the MD/VP.
- Business impact mindset: Analyse data to drive ROI.
- Agility: Switch between legal/admin topics and high level sales forecast analysis.
- Experience: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Fluent English, French a plus.
- Business insight: Deep understanding of group activities, internal processes, and the MEA market landscape.
- HQ Stakeholders: Weekly coordination with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and ADV.
- Executive Leadership: Interactions with EXCOM and GLT for strategic reporting.
- Manitou Network: Key partner for dealer and distributor network.
- End Customers: High level interactions during events and site visits.
Role Base: Position located at the South African office, requiring high proximity to central decision making units.
Travel Requirements: Frequent international business trips ( 30% of the time), primarily across the MEA region.
