We are looking for a seasonedenvironmental professional who combines technical excellence with strongcommercial and leadership capability to lead our Environmental ManagementServices team.

This is asenior leadership opportunity to shape and grow a key service line, leadcomplex international projects, and drive business success across our globalfootprint.

• Lead large, multi-countryEnvironmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) programmes within theresources and infrastructure sectors.
• Oversee delivery of complex,integrated environmental and social projects, ensuring quality, compliance, andclient satisfaction.
• Drive business development bybuilding strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and securingnew work.
• Own and grow a pipeline of work,contributing to revenue targets and service line strategy.
• Lead and develop a team ofenvironmental project managers and specialists across multiple regions.
• Act as a key account manager andtrusted advisor to clients.
• Manage departmental performance,financials, and resource planning.

Whatwe're looking for:

• Proven track record in managinglarge, complex ESIA and environmental projects
• Strong experience in winning workand growing client relationships within a consulting environment
• Demonstrated leadership experiencemanaging multidisciplinary teams, including senior professionals
• Solid understanding of environmentallegislation and international standards
• Excellent communication, stakeholderengagement, and influencing skills

Qualificationsand Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in EnvironmentalManagement or related field
• 8+ years' experience inenvironmental consulting
• Proven experience managinginternational projects
• Professional registration (EAPASA orequivalent preferred)
