Qualifications
  • Type of Qualification: First Degree
  • Field of Study: Business Commerce
  • Experience Required: Service Management, 5-7 years
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to manage multiple internal stakeholder relationships to drive business operations, including Finance, IT, Compliance and Risk.
  • Experience resolving complex client services issues, with demonstrated ability to interact across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
