Long Term Rental Administrator (M/F) - South Africa

The purpose of this position is to ensure general administrative duties for the branch as a whole is carried out accurately and timeously, to perform the Long Term Rental (LTR) Administrator function and to ensure best management practices are followed in all areas of responsibility regarding meeting key performance criteria, service delivery objectives, procedures and actions, promoting a customer oriented service and to implement and uphold actions in line with company strategic vision.

Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility to ensure quality of customer interaction and service (drive customer service excellence, ensure good communication with customers, developing and fostering partnerships with and tailormade solutions for clients; evaluation of own development needs and ensuring lack of knowledge / skills are addressed).
  • Management of End of Terms, follow up on rollovers and invoicing thereof.
  • Management of Loss-Making Contracts and leasing with inter-departments to have a solution (Refinance to align with the respective curve and XS hours management).
  • Rollovers: ensure machines that have been on rollover are invoiced timely and correctly as per SOP.
  • Prepare fleet analysis reports for rental customers.
  • General administrative.
  • Overall responsibility to ensure administrative tasks related to financial aspects of the Rental business operations are completed correctly and timeously: verification and processing of rental fleet buy-backs, rental fleet clearing account reconciliation, compile invoice schedules for rental fleet owners, prepare rental fleet cost / rate calculations and quotations; processing of sales and purchases of units.
  • Overall responsibility to ensure administrative tasks related to rental contracts are completed correctly and timeously: verification of rental fleet contracts, preparing rental agreements, maintain contracts, continuously manage and implement necessary actions related to contract escalations and end-of-term reports received from Head Office.
