R Monthly Basic Plus Commission (medical aid)
Our client in Bellville requires outbound Sales Consultants to sell long term insurance products.

Successful applicant will be responsible for selling insurance products (life cover, funeral cover, income protection plans, disability cover & criticall illness) to potential clients.
Responsibilities- Sales of insurance packages to potential clients.
- Achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Adherence to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk.
- Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements.
- Resolve complaints and objections.
- Matric.
- At least 2 years of experience within an Outbound Sales Call Centre.
- Fluency in English and one other South African official language.
- Commitment to the FAIS Act and meeting Fit & Proper qualification requirements.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Willing and available to work overtime as and when required by the business.
- Monday- Friday 08:15-16:15 (normal office hours)
- Wednesday 11:00 - 19:00 (normal office hours)
- Marathons run from 08 00
- If overtime is required by the business it will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08 00.
