Job Description
MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Legal Manager in the Financial Recoveries Department of our Pretoria Branch.
Requirements- Strong administrative skills and process driven individual
- Attention to detail and meticulous
- Able to effectively manage and work within a team
- Experience working in a high pressure, volumous environment
- Quick learner
- Experience using Excalibur is advantageous
- Manage day to day of staff members
- Staff Training and staff performance evaluations
- Management of the legal process for the firm's portfolio's (S129 to Summons to Judgement)
- Manage all rules and processes for each portfolio
- Attend to client queries and client reporting
- Monthly/yearly audits
- Ability to create process and training manuals
- Identify potential system enhancements
- Ensuring that all templates are accurate and located on the system
- Monitoring of processes within the system and ensuring that the updates and imports are working effectively
- Assist with scanning, filing and storing SLA's
- Sheriff updates
