What will you do?
Please note: This is a 2 year contract.
This graduate role provides operational, project management, and marketing support across two strategic workstreams:
- Global Equipment Donations Program - ensuring end-to-end project management, process compliance, digitisation of stakeholder experiences, and country onboarding.
- Digital Journey and Technical Marketing - supporting offer development through structured marketing assets, supplier coordination, and global process alignment.
- Support end-to-end project management from initial scoping to execution and closure.
- Manage and maintain internal processes, documentation, and compliance with global sustainability and governance standards.
- Assist countries in establishing local stakeholder networks (training partners, NGOs, ministries, education partners) for new projects.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and process compliance, including data tracking and reporting.
- Support the onboarding of new countries into programs aligned with global 2030 sustainability ambitions.
- Contribute to process innovation, continuous improvement, and global knowledge-sharing.
- Design and map digital journey flows to digitise stakeholder experiences, ensuring seamless engagement and improved accessibility.
- Maintain structured repositories with accurate project documentation and global assets.
- Support the development of technical marketing materials for new offers and educational solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of robust asset packs, playbooks, and marketing toolkits for internal and external use.
- Assist with supplier management, coordination, and quality control of technical marketing deliverables.
- Collaborate with global teams on marketing processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Conduct light market and industry research to help refine offer positioning.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital platforms, workflow tools, or marketing software is an advantage.
- Global Leader - Training and Education Affairs
- Bachelors degree - Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Marketing Management.
- Project Management qualification advantageous.
