As part of this commitment, we are looking for motivated, customer-focused and resilient individuals to join our Voice Branch Learnership Programme, a call centre environment.

If you have recently graduated and are eager to start your career in banking, this learnership provides an opportunity to bridge the gap between your academic knowledge and practical, real-world experience.

In this programme, you will gain hands on exposure within the Voice Branch (call centre), where you will engage with clients telephonically and via email to resolve banking queries, provide product information and deliver professional service. This role operates in a fast paced contact centre environment, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for helping customers.

You will also complete an Occupational Qualification at NQF Level 5, strengthening your technical knowledge and improving your employability in the banking and financial services sector.

Qualifications

Have completed a Commerce related qualification

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 30
  • Able to speak, read and write English
  • Not have been employed for more than 2 years
  • Not registered on any other learnership
  • Not studying at any other institution

End Date: 30 April 2027

Learner Allowance: R per month plus medical aid
