The Lead Warmer is an administrative role focused on supporting the sales team by managing and scheduling client appointments. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact prospective clients, warm up leads, and ensure smooth coordination of appointments for Sales Consultants. The Lead Warmer optimizes the sales process by enabling Sales Consultants to focus on closing sales and delivering value-added services to clients.
RequirementsMinimum Required Qualifications:
- Matric certification.
- RE5 and FAIS qualifications (e.g. NQF5 Wealth Management) are advantageous.
- Minimum Required Experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative, sales, or client services role is preferred.
- Experience in telephonic communication with clients is advantageous.
