We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth across established FMCG accounts. This role focuses on managing key relationships, increasing sales volume, and identifying new business opportunities across both retail (off-consumption) and hospitality (on-consumption) channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key FMCG accounts
  • Drive sales performance through increased orders and account expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate pricing, trade agreements, and promotional activity
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to optimise product availability and reach
  • Identify and secure new high-value accounts

Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in FMCG sales
  • Proven track record in key account management and revenue growth
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if applicable)

  • Opportunity to work with a growing FMCG business
  • High-impact role with ownership of key accounts
