JUNIOR SERVICE ADVISOR AUTOMOTIVE /MOTORCYCLES (STELLENBOSCH)

A Junior Service Advisor is required to act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. The role involves greeting clients, scheduling appointments, preparing repair orders, coordinating workflow with technicians, and promoting dealership services. The successful candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting the efficient operation of the service department.

Qualifications
  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, retail, or contact centre environment
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • Basic understanding of automotive mechanics or terminology advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment and support team operations
