As Junior Floor Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

You will be hands on on the floor, assisting with team supervision, guest interaction, and maintaining high service standards.

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
• Supervise and guide the front of house team during service
• Ensure guests receive professional and attentive service
• Handle guest queries and assist with service recovery
• Assist with staff training and development
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and presentation
• Ensure smooth coordination between front of house and kitchen teams
• Assist with shift planning and operational readiness

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Supervisory or team leader experience advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Well presented and professional
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within a management role
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
