What you'll do
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Steers and executes local marketing mix and communication campaigns as well as product management including NPI, pricing, brand etc.
  • Oversees implementation of channel strategy
  • Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP)
  • Translates customer's strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives
  • Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
  • Aligns, adapts and implements initiatives
  • Contributes to global or regional innovation, category and branding activities
  • Provides marketing inputs for relevant marketing master plan
  • Coordinates with external agencies on concept, strategies and costs
  • Analyses competitor's scenario and draws sound conclusions given lack of market data Steer portfolio changes from sourcing to local adaptation of artworks and packaging
