Key ResponsibilitiesThis role provides PC and User support. This includes user account and mail administration, the coordination of repairs and servicing of computer equipment, with a core objective of fast and efficient support.
Key Performance Areas- On site and remote end user support (all applications and printers)
- PC support (hardware, software, and connectivity)
- Co ordinate repairs, servicing of computer equipment and software maintenance
- Documentation creation, maintenance, and administrative tasks
- Virtual and physical security
- Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality responsibilities (SHEQ)
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Systems or related field
- Strong technical skills in Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network, Security and Printers
- Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling
- Multi tasker, can do attitude, flexible, attention to detail, problem solver, customer focused, team player with an ability to work autonomously
- Experience working within a Managed Services and third party cloud solution environment highly regarded
- Valid driver's licence
