The Cape Union Mart Group is looking for an IT Service Desk professional to provide first-line support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for IT, along with the ability to handle technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities include ticket logging, issue escalation, and maintaining documentation, as well as participating in after-hours support. Candidates with knowledge of retail IT systems will be preferred.
