Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance during trading hours
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and general information requests

  • Assist customers with repair status queries
  • Log all incoming calls and requests accurately
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues telephonically

Requirements
  • Have a Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
  • Possess a valid South African ID
  • Have at least 1 year of call centre experience
