Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance during trading hours
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and general information requests
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets
- Follow contact centre processes and procedures
- Assist customers with repair status queries
- Log all incoming calls and requests accurately
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues telephonically
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A passion for customer service and client satisfaction
- Confidence in handling difficult or irate customers
