IPMDS PRACTITIONER (RE- ADVERTISEMENT)

  • Task Grade: 11 (subject to Job Evaluation results)
  • Annual Basic Salary: (R .50 - R .27)excluding benefits
  • Position to be stationed in Mthatha, Eastern Cape
  • Reporting Structure: The post reports to Chief HR Officer: IPMDS

Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • B. Degree in Human Resource Management / B. Degree in Psychology or equivalent
  • Code EB Driving License
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance management, human resources, or a related environment.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Coordinates activities associated with strategic and operational plans of the sub-section.
  • Coordinates activities associated with individual performance management processes.
  • Contributes to capital, operating estimates and controls expenditure against the approved budget against the approved budget allocations.
  • Coordinates administrative and reporting requirements associated with the functionality of the sub-section.
  • Coordinates stakeholder management and communication of the sub-section.
