The role focuses on handling customer enquiries, processing sales, and providing product support across key product categories including suspension, friction, and cooling components for commercial vehicles.

Requirements
  • Experience in internal sales within the truck parts or automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle components (suspension, friction, cooling systems)
  • Ability to process quotes, orders, and customer enquiries accurately
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good understanding of technical truck parts and applications
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative ability
  • Computer literate (sales systems / ERP experience advantageous)
