Internal Sales Representative - Ottery

We are looking for an Internal Sales Rep based at our PowerPlastics division in Ottery. Create the perfect pool experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the optimum handling of front counter, courier, and delivery sales orders. The correct handling of invoices as well as payments for goods received is crucial for this role.

• Serve walk-in customers in Power Plastics as well as grow the existing customer base allocated to his/her rep code
• All designated customers must be contacted daily, and call sheets must be handed in weekly
• Make use of Power BI reports to analyze customers' purchase history
• Handle inquiries as and when required and assist customers with quotations
• Produce invoices and expedite orders
• Handle payments for goods sold, which include EFT and credit cards
• Handle the different copies of invoices and required administration
• Do a cash up at the end of the day
• Complete all product training to promote all core products
• Ensure that all back orders are communicated to clients, as well as giving the client feedback on availability (ETA)
• Specials to be displayed and promoted in PowerPlastics
• Have a shared responsibility towards merchandising and housekeeping in Power Plastics.

• National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
• At least two years of experience in a similar position.
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• The ability to cope with a diversity of tasks in a high pressure environment.
• Good command of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Excellent communicator with a strong sense of urgency.
• Attention to Detail
• Code 8 Driver's License
