Job Description
Role Function:
Telesales of Retail Packaging and Transit / Protective Packaging Materials.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday.
9.00am to 5.00pm / 30 minute lunch break.
Total 37.5 hours per week.

Possessing a 15k sq ft warehouse, trade counter and office facility in the North West they can also provide on call storage for their Customer's packaging if required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Telesales of Retail Packaging and Transit / Protective Packaging Materials.
- Maintain accurate records using computerised stock & order systems.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability and pricing.
- Support customers in packaging solutions and suggest cost saving alternatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Internal Sales / Customer Service background.
- Experience with computerised stock & order systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of packaging, print or paper sectors preferred.
