We are hiring Insurance Sales Consultants to join dynamic teams within the Short-Term (Car & Home) insurance divisions of a leading financial services group in Cape Town. These are outbound telesales roles with growth, performance incentives, and excellent development opportunities.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
• Sell Short-Term Insurance (vehicle & household) products
• Consistently meet or exceed set sales and productivity targets
• Manage compliance, call quality, and objection handling
• Keep up-to-date on product changes, regulatory updates, and sales strategies
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build repeat business

• Matric / Grade 12
• At least 1.5 years outbound telesales experience OR 2 years face-to-face insurance sales
• Experience in short-term insurance (home, car) is preferred
• RE5 and FAIS 30 Credits (Short-Term) advantageous
• Knowledge of FAIS and TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles
• Fluent in English and one additional South African official language
• Clear credit and criminal record
