Injection Moulding Machine Setter

You will be responsible for coordinating shift-based production activities, ensuring machines, processes, and personnel operate efficiently to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

The role focuses on process optimisation, compliance with QMS and EMS standards, and maintaining safe, stable production performance.

This position has the authority to halt production when quality or procedural standards are compromised, ensuring adherence to customer and company requirements in a plastics manufacturing environment.

• Level 4 Plastics Federation Injection Machine Setting Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in injection moulding machine setting and process optimisation.
• Prior exposure to plastics manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated shift supervisory capability and ability to direct production resources.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Experience supporting operator training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, production KPIs, and manufacturing documentation.
