We'relooking for a Hydrogeology Lead to grow and lead our Hydrogeology capabilityglobally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technicalexcellence, team leadership, and business growth.

Requirements

You'll playa key role in shaping and delivering hydrogeological services, including:

  • Leading and managing hydrogeologicalprojects (groundwater studies, dewatering, monitoring, modelling)
  • Interpreting field and historicaldata to develop conceptual and numerical groundwater models
  • Overseeing field investigations andmonitoring programmes
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinaryteams across environmental and mining projects
  • Engaging with clients, regulators,and stakeholders
  • Ensuring delivery of high-quality,compliant, and practical solutions
  • Lead, mentor and grow a team ofhydrogeologists
  • Drive service development andinnovation within the department
  • Contribute to business development,proposals, and key client relationships
  • Manage budgets, resources, anddepartmental performance
What we're looking for

You'resomeone who enjoys leading from the front, technically strong, commerciallyaware, and passionate about developing people.

  • 8+ years' experience inhydrogeology, including consulting
  • Strong experience in mining-relatedhydrogeology
  • Proven leadership experiencemanaging teams
  • Experience with groundwatermodelling and investigations
  • Registration with a professionalbody (e.g. SACNASP)
