Job Description
Hedz Recruitment is seeking a proven HR Manager for a leading automotive group in Johannesburg. This is a hands on HR leadership role, responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for automotive staff
- Oversee performance management and employee relations
- Ensure HR compliance, policy implementation, and HR administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Advise management on labour law, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Drive employee engagement and support organisational HR initiatives
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
- 5 years' experience as an HR Manager in the automotive industry
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management & employee relations
- Proven experience in HR compliance, policy implementation & HR administration
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation & MIBCO - non-negotiable
