Human Resources and Industrial Relations

Gauteng , JHB - Eastern Suburbs

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with strong generalist experience and the ability to manage a wide range of people-related functions. The ideal candidate will be based in the East Rand and bring maturity, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity to the role. This position includes HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and light payroll collation (processed externally by a third-party provider).

Requirements
  • Senior-level HR Generalist experience (majority of career spent in HR leadership or senior advisory roles)
  • Strong understanding of South African labour legislation, HR compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, disciplinaries, and employee relations
  • Payroll collation experience (inputs, leave, overtime, salary changes, deductions, provident fund, etc.)
  • Experience handling EE, WSP/ATR, Workman's Compensation submissions
  • Exposure to Health & Safety administration
  • Ability to manage IOD cases and liaise with relevant authorities
  • Experience with CCMA
  • Must be based in or near the East Rand
