Job Description
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Remote (US Hours - 9am to 5pm EST)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Assist with organizing training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support HR projects and process improvements.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll coordination as needed.
- Monitor and track HR metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working U.S. hours
- Remote work from home
