Job Description

Tegroveer is looking for a highly focused, detail driven HR Officer to support and manage HR operations across multiple operational sites. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Input (weekly, fortnightly & monthly)
  • Leave Administration
  • Manage employee records (cloud & payroll systems)
  • Coordinate onboarding, contracts & inductions
  • Track fixed term contracts & renewal dates
  • Support EE, Skills Development & BBBEE processes
  • Assist with Workman's Compensation (IOD reporting & claims)
  • Recruitment Support
  • Preserve confidentiality
Minimum Requirements (Non Negotiable)
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Computer literate - proficient in MS Excel
  • 2-3 years proven payroll experience
  • AI proficient (Claude will be advantageous)
  • Bargaining council environment experience (MEIBC)
  • Solid understanding of overtime, leave, and payroll controls
  • High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong administrator capable of paying attention to multiple tasks under pressure
  • Reliable high speed internet connection and continuous electricity supply/back up
  • Team Player
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide contactable references
