WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the agency's digital media strategy across multiple digital platforms Drive innovation through emerging media channels, technologies, and data-led solutions Partner with senior leadership on integrated brand and communications strategies Oversee digital media planning, buying, optimisation, and reporting Manage key client relationships and provide strategic advisory support Lead media strategies for pitches, retentions, and major campaigns Drive revenue growth, profitability, and commercial performance Ensure campaign delivery aligns with performance and client KPIs Oversee partnerships with media vendors, publishers, and technology providers Establish governance frameworks, compliance standards, and audit processes Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital media team Drive operational efficiencies and improve digital workflows and processes WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 8-12+ years' experience within digital media or advertising agencies Proven experience leading senior teams and managing complex client portfolios Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and e-commerce media Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and DSPs Strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen Excellent client-facing, leadership, and presentation skills Experience managing strategic partnerships and vendor relationships Strong analytical and performance optimisation skills Ability to operate strategically while remaining operationally involved If you are an innovative digital media leader ready to make a strategic impact within a dynamic agency environment, we'd love to hear from you Apply Now!
