TRAFFIC North West

Head of Commercial Property Management

Place North West

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for talented and experienced Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join a leading national architectural practice based in Manchester. The roles offer an excellent opportunity to design and deliver interior schemes for national landmark projects.

The role:

The Interior Designer will be involved in the concept design and development of schemes within the hotel and high-end commercial sectors. Working collaboratively with a talented design team you will use your creativity and technical knowledge to deliver client expectations at the luxury end of the market. You will also work with an external visualisation team to create CGI's that will further develop the original vision of the schemes. The Manchester team will work on a strong pipeline of local projects, but you will also work in partnership with the London based team. The level of project and variety will give you excellent exposure to high quality work and bring your skills to the next level.

Your skills:

As you will work nationally on large complex projects experience of working at that level is required. Luxury hotel or high- end commercial experience would be an advantage but it's not essential. Applications are invited from candidates with a strong portfolio of work with recent experience of working at leading design studio and a degree or equivalent in interior design. The projects are delivered in Revit and knowledge of the software would be beneficial.

What you will get in return:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful practice with a reputation for excellence. You will join a structured working environment, with opportunities for progression and ongoing training and support. It's the right time to join the studio as they have aggressive growth plans and an impressive client base. An all-round excellent opportunity for a high calibre Mid- Weight Interior Designer.
