You will be instrumental in shaping customer journeys, driving digital utility, and ensuring our loyalty initiatives translate directly into measurable business outcomes-specifically tracked revenue and increased customer lifetime value. Requirements- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Customer Lifetime Management (CLM), CRM, Loyalty Programmes, Direct Marketing, or Customer Growth Management.
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience in a functional leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record leading large-scale customer, rewards, or engagement programs within a complex, multi-brand or retail setting.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a clear ability to translate customer strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership skills, capable of influencing outcomes across multiple brands and executive teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with dedicated analytics, testing, technology, and digital operations teams.
- Direct experience within retail, multi-brand retail ecosystems, or complex customer ecosystem environments.
- Influencing, strong communication/storytelling, analytical decision-making, resilience, and collaborative leadership.
