An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and ambitious Business Solutions Intern to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who wants to gain hands on experience in sales and business development within the training and skills development sector.

Key Responsibilities- Promote and market skills development and training solutions to corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend tailored training solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and SETA compliance requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Matric.
- National Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in Sales, ideally within training, development, or educational services.
- Knowledge of SETA-accredited programmes and skills development legislation (Skills Development Act, BBBEE Codes).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
- Self motivated, proactive, and results driven.
- Professional, ethical, and client focused.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude towards learning and new challenges.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
