We're seeking a dynamic and accomplished HEAD CHEF to lead the kitchen teams across a group of restaurants - comprising a Greek restaurant, a premium steakhouse, and an Italian eatery.
This is an urgent opportunity to take charge of high end kitchens, ensuring consistency, innovation, and profitability while delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will bring bold creativity, disciplined leadership, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Experience & Qualifications- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification
- 5-7+ years in fine dining or premium casual kitchens
- Proven track record in menu development, cost control, and consistent execution
- 2-3+ years in a leadership role, managing brigades of 10-15 team members
- Strong supplier coordination and procurement skills
- Ability to balance creative flair with operational discipline
- Lead kitchen operations across Greek, steakhouse, and Italian concepts
- Spearhead menu development and seasonal innovation
- Oversee food costing, procurement, and supplier relationships with a focus on sustainability and profitability
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Mentor and train chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of discipline and creativity
- Collaborate with management to align culinary operations with overall business goals
