Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to financial advisors
  • Manage client records and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Handle client communication (email and telephone) in a professional manner
  • Assist with document preparation and compliance-related administration
  • Liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders where required
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience (experience in financial services will be advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
