Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to financial advisors
- Manage client records and maintain accurate filing systems
- Handle client communication (email and telephone) in a professional manner
- Assist with document preparation and compliance-related administration
- Liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders where required
- Previous administrative experience (experience in financial services will be advantageous)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
