What will you do?As an Executive Personal Assistant you will provide high level secretarial, administrative and organizational support to the Chief Executive, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.
- Provide confidential secretarial and administrative assistance to the CE and EXCO.
- Manage correspondence, communications and information flow on behalf of the CE.
- Coordinate executive schedules, including appointments and meetings.
- Arrange local and international travel, flights, accommodations and itineraries.
- Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, functions and conferences.
- Prepare board packs and coordinate board meetings, including compiling and distributing materials.
- Prepare reports, including the Chief Executive report.
- Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming client queries, redirecting or resolving them as required.
- Manage invoice processing and payments.
- Oversee email, document management and general office administration.
- Serve as primary point of contact between the CE and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Assist with finance related administrative tasks.
- Support various projects and initiatives as required.
- Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant at the executive management level in the financial services environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Client focus and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong verbal and written communication (English & Afrikaans).
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
