Responsibilities
  • Define, develop and organize training materials (presenter decks, participant guides, exercises, job aids) utilizing department template and standardization guidelines for GTMS software. Materials will include the business need for the software as well as the technical steps to implement and utilize the system at the customer's site.
  • Design and develop eLearning courses for customers and employees following department standards and templates for consistent content aligning with GTMS Bootcamps.
  • Work closely with product specialists, customers and trainers to create delta classes and documentation.
  • Teach virtual and onsite classes to varying audiences and skill levels on the business processes to implement and utilize GTMS software.
  • Create templates and other tools for reusable content for end user and customer tailored classes.
  • Proactively manage, report and troubleshoot issues that occur in system during course material development and pre-training testing.
  • Handle related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors or better in Instructional Design and Technology or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of software training and material development experience.
  • Required skills: Must be highly proficient in various Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint and Word. Ability to work with multiple deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
  • Preferred skills: Knowledge of SAP or ERP software products; Sales and Distribution (SD) SAP module experience. Capable of analyzing and logically organizing complex technical information and transform complex bodies of information into professionally designed, engaging and effective training. Experience with SAP Enable Now. Detail oriented and independent thinker with strong problem solving.
  • Travel required to customer facility depending on training requirements (10-20%).
