Group Procurement Manager

A strategic group-level leadership position responsible for developing and executing procurement and commodity strategies across multiple manufacturing entities.

The role combines strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and operational execution, ensuring cost optimisation, supply continuity, and compliance with quality and environmental standards.

• Minimum 10 years' procurement experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• CIPS Level 5 or 6 (Professional Diploma preferred).
• Proven expertise in imported commodities, tenders, and complex supplier negotiations.
• MRP/ERP experience, preferably SYSPRO.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
