Group Food & Beverage Manager - Fine Dining Restaurants

Location: Sandton

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Group Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations across two prestigious fine dining restaurants in Sandton. This senior role requires a strategic leader with a strong financial background and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role.
  • Proven experience within fine-dining environments.
  • Strong accounting background with the ability to interpret and manage financial data.
  • Financial degree (mandatory).
  • Ability to effectively compile and present hospitality reports to the Financial Director.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily operations across two fine-dining restaurants, ensuring consistency in service excellence and brand standards.
  • Lead and develop management teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present financial and operational reports to senior leadership.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability across both outlets.
  • Implement and monitor stock control, procurement, and inventory systems.
  • Collaborate with executive chefs on menu development, pricing strategies, and costings.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Standardise processes and ensure consistency across both locations.
