Job Description
Our client in Centurion is looking for a GM: SP Network Operations to lead service delivery, ensure network reliability, and manage high-performance operations across a 24/7 ISP environment.
Qualifications (5)- Degree in IT, Telecommunications, or Business Management.
- 10+ years' experience in ISP/network operations environments.
- Strong leadership experience in high-pressure operational roles.
- ITIL certification (v4/Foundation), PMP or Prince2 advantageous.
- Experience managing NOC, SLAs, and operational budgets.
- Oversee 24/7 NOC operations and incident management.
- Ensure SLA compliance through MTTR and MTBF performance.
- Manage OPEX budgets, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
- Implement ITIL processes for operations and service management.
- Coordinate with field teams to maintain infrastructure standards.
- Strong operational leadership and decision-making.
- Crisis management and problem-solving ability.
- Deep understanding of network operations and SLAs.
- Process optimisation and ITIL framework knowledge.
- Communication and team development skills.
