This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role designed for a visionary who thrives in an agile, startup-like environment within a global enterprise. As the Head of Global Talent, Performance & People Experience, you will lead the design and implementation of world-class frameworks across more than 60 countries. You will have the autonomy to make decisions that shape the global talent landscape, moving beyond standard processes to build innovative, scalable systems that directly influence our organizational growth.

This role may be based in Egypt or South Africa, depending on the location of the successful candidate.

Job Description

Strategic Talent Management & Development

  • Global Initiative Leadership: Lead the design, execution, and scaling of annual talent management initiatives, using innovative insights to elevate global strategies.
  • Regional Empowerment: Partner with and mentor Regional HR Directors to build their internal capability in succession planning and talent reviews, ensuring they can lead these processes independently.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze global talent data to identify trends and risks, providing senior leadership with actionable insights for executive selection and development.

Performance Management & Excellence

  • Framework Innovation: Continuously develop and deploy modern performance management frameworks that cultivate a culture of growth and high performance.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead the evolution of performance practices through innovative approaches and the integration of digital solutions.
  • Capability Building: Oversee the design of programs aimed at empowering managers and HR professionals to lead performance conversations effectively.

Employee Experience & Digital Innovation

  • Technology Roadmap: Audit and review the talent technology roadmap to transition toward scalable, tech-enabled solutions that allow the organization to move and scale faster.
  • Strategic Engagement: Lead advanced employee engagement strategies, co-creating function-specific plans with global leaders to maintain high morale and a strong people narrative.
  • Lifecycle Enhancement: Champion the continuous improvement of the employee experience, refining onboarding, offboarding, and career planning processes.

Talent Assessment Leadership

  • Strategy Oversight: Craft and lead the Global Talent Selection & Assessment Strategy, ensuring alignment with the overarching People Strategy.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Research and manage relationships with external assessment and technology vendors to ensure technical standards meet business needs
Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Candidate Profile:

  • Systems-Thinker: Ability to envision and operationalize complex, end-to-end business systems at a global scale.
  • Digital Catalyst: A future-focused mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to remove friction and accelerate performance.
  • Collaborative Influencer: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and align diverse regional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A results-driven professional who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment and is comfortable challenging the status quo.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a significant focus on talent management, performance, and organizational development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced certifications in psychometric assessments and coaching are highly recommended.
  • Global Exposure: Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives across a global or multi-regional footprint.
