Job Description
Our client in Sandton is looking for a Global Concierge to deliver personalized travel support, manage guest experiences, and coordinate seamless journeys for international clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end concierge support pre, during, and post travel
- Communicate with guests, partners, and internal teams daily
- Proactively sell and tailor travel experiences
- Resolve guest issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain strong product and destination knowledge
- Matric required; tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 4 years travel consultant or concierge experience
- Experience in tour operations or lodge environments
- Knowledge of travel systems (Tourplan, WETU advantageous)
- Strong understanding of Southern Africa destinations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Relationship management and client-focused mindset
