Location: Umhlanga, Durban (On-site with Relocation Support)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers via phone and email.

Manage the end-to-end process for orders, deliveries, returns, and product inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and elevate complex cases when necessary.

Maintain precise records in internal systems to ensure data integrity.

Consistently meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction KPIs.

What Were Looking For:

Language Skills: Near-native German (B2-C2) and professional English proficiency.

Education: Matric (Grade 12).

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment (Retail experience is a plus).

Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and basic computer literacy.

Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts, including weekends.

Compliance: Valid permission to work in South Africa, a clear criminal record, and a clean debt record.
